Trading financial instruments, including futures, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation and investment objectives.

Where we publish operational metrics, such as the number of signals processed or a request success rate, those figures describe the reliability and throughput of our systems. They are not trading results. They do not represent the performance of any trading strategy, any account, or any user, and they imply nothing about profitability. TransporTrades does not publish trading performance results.
TransporTrades provides order-routing technology only. We are not:
- •A registered investment advisor
- •A broker-dealer
- •A provider of trading signals or investment advice
- •A high-frequency trading platform
You are solely responsible for:
- •Your trading decisions and strategies
- •The signals you configure in your signal source
- •Monitoring your positions and account balance
- •Verifying your broker account permissions, margin, and session availability
- •Understanding the risks of automated trading
- •Keeping your signal frequency within our rate limits — repeated breaches automatically throttle and may auto-pause your webhook
TransporTrades is not responsible for:
- •Trading losses resulting from your strategies or decisions
- •Broker connection issues or broker-side errors
- •Network or technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- •Market volatility or unexpected market conditions
- •Delays or failures in signal delivery
- •Orders rejected by your broker for any reason
Our liability is limited as set out in Section 10 of our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for trading losses, broker errors, technical failures, or execution outcomes outside our control.
TransporTrades routes instructions to your broker, but we cannot guarantee:
- •That all orders will be executed
- •Specific execution prices or fill rates
- •Continuous availability of our service
- •That your broker will accept all orders
Orders may be rejected due to insufficient margin, invalid symbols, market closures, broker restrictions, or other factors outside our control.
TransporTrades is designed to automate the execution of trading strategies, but it is not a fully autonomous or self-correcting system. Operational issues, interruptions, and unexpected behavior may occur.
Users are responsible for actively overseeing their trading setup, including signals, configuration rules, open positions, and broker connections. Failures such as incorrect signals, billing interruptions, connectivity issues, or broker-side errors may impact execution.
Regular monitoring is strongly recommended, particularly after making configuration changes or during periods of reduced oversight, to ensure that the system is functioning as expected. Failure to properly monitor your setup may result in unintended trades, losses, or unintended account exposure.
The Service provides manual trading controls precisely because automation is not a substitute for attention. You remain responsible for monitoring your signals, your configuration, your open positions, and your broker connections.
TransporTrades is not affiliated with any proprietary trading firm and does not publish or interpret any firm's rules. Where we name a firm, we link to that firm so you can verify its policies directly.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including automated and copy trading, complies with your broker's or account provider's rules. Nothing on this site is advice.
