Whop

• Purpose: Payment processing and subscription management; measuring which ads lead to visits and purchases, and sending conversion events to advertising platforms such as Meta
• Data shared: Email, payment information; on our site: the page address and title (including campaign identifiers from the ad click), a pseudonymous Whop identifier, our Google Analytics identifier, browser and device details such as browser type, screen size, language and time zone, and a device fingerprint; and purchase events tied to your Whop checkout

• Purchases you complete on Whop's checkout are also covered by Whop's own privacy policy, and our opt-out controls apply to our site only.

Tradovate (and other supported brokers)

• Purpose: Broker connectivity and instruction routing
• Data shared: Trading instructions, account identifiers, and required OAuth token context
• You authenticate directly with your broker via OAuth

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Purpose: Application hosting, database, and secrets management for the trading platform
• Data shared: Service data including account information, order history, encrypted broker connection tokens, and application logs

PostHog

• Purpose: Product analytics, session replay, and feature usage tracking
• Data shared: Your user ID, email and name; pageviews and click interactions; browser console logs; and session recordings of your use of the platform, including pages inside the trading application. Recordings capture what is displayed on your screen, including account names and identifiers, symbols, quantities, prices, positions, working orders and order history. Text you type into form fields is masked.

• Data shared: Pageviews, engagement events, referral and campaign source, and subscription activation and broker connection events, associated with a pseudonymous analytics identifier

Google Ads

• Purpose: Advertising on Google Search and YouTube, and measuring which ads lead to visits, sign-ups and subscription purchases
• Data shared: The ad click identifier on visits from our ads; through our Google Analytics link, a pseudonymous analytics identifier, pages viewed, campaign source and conversion events (sign-ups and subscription purchases); audiences of past site visitors

Deleting your account

Account deletion is handled by request rather than from within the application. Email privacy@transportrades.com from the address on your account and we will permanently delete your personal information and your order and account history. Deletion is permanent and deleted data cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first.

Backups

We delete your data from our live systems when we complete your request. Encrypted backups are kept on a rolling schedule and are not edited individually, so data can persist in them for up to 30 days after that, and in our content delivery logs for up to 90 days. Backups are never restored into production except to recover from an incident, and these copies are overwritten automatically as the schedules roll forward.
